The LDP vacuum supply hose may be incorrectly routed, resulting in a kink just past the connector (Figure 1).
This hose is located in the rear of the engine compartment (Figure 2).
PRODUCTION SOLUTION
Vacuum hose routing is changed.
SERVICE
1. Inspect the LDP vacuum supply hose for kinks.
2. If the vacuum hose is kinked, detach the vacuum hose from the connector, manually rotate or route the hose to eliminate the kink.
3. Reinstall the vacuum supply hose into the connector.
