Explanation of weight codes (Part numbers)

For improved alignment, spring assignment is divided into weight Production Relevant numbers.
Spring combination installed in vehicle is indicated by corresponding Part number on vehicle data sticker.

Example of a vehicle data sticker

A- shows Part No. for front axle

B- shows Part No. for rear axle

Vehicle data sticker is located in spare tire well.
Use Part No. to locate appropriate spring combination in Parts Supplier.

Part No. for suspension versions is shown in figure see (arrow).
1BA = standard suspension
1BE = sport suspension
1BD = Audi S6 sport suspension
1BP = rough terrain suspension 1 (trim position as in 1 BA, however with limited compression)
1BT = rough terrain suspension 1+ (about 7 mm raised position)
1BB = rough terrain suspension 2 (about 20 mm raised position)
1BG = suspension with level control system
1BH = USA
1BC = special-purpose vehicles
1BJ = suspension for light armor
Vehicles with special suspension (1BC) have the same expected values for wheel alignment as standard suspension (1 BA).
1BY = suspension for Allroad (all wheel drive air suspension)
