Remove backrest panel: Standard seat => [ Backrest Cover ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Standard Front Seats, power seat
=> [ Backrest Cover ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Power Front Memory Seats.

Release retainer tab - 2 - in - direction of arrow - and pull headrest guide - 1 - up and out of mount.

Installing 

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

‹› The headrest guide can only be inserted in one position.

‹› Guide lug of headrest guide must engage in cut-out of mount for headrest guide.
