Electric Vacuum Pump, S6

The S6 has an electrically driven vacuum pump.

Vacuum pump is not intended to be serviced. In case of complains, determine cause with help of function or seal test. If there is a malfunction, replace
the electric vacuum pump.

Removing:

The vacuum pump is installed inside the engine compartment on the right side.

Removing

-

Loosen the fuel lines on the bracket and carefully push them upward.

Open the clamp on the vacuum hose using pliers.

Remove the vacuum hose.

CAUTION!
Be careful not to damaged the vacuum hose. Replace the vacuum hose if damaged.

Press clip - arrow - out of bracket with hand. 2x

Disconnect the connector - 1 -.
