Radiator: Service and Repair
Left Auxiliary Cooler

Left Auxiliary Cooler

Removing

‹› If there are small impressions on the fins. Refer to => [ Coolers and Condensers ] See: Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Coolers and Condensers.

Drain the coolant. Refer to => [ Cooling System, Draining and Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures.

Remove front bumper cover.

-

Remove air duct - arrow - in front of left auxiliary cooler.

-

Remove bolts - 1 - and - 4 - and disengage auxiliary cooler downward from bracket.

Remove coolant hoses - 2 - and - 3 - and remove left auxiliary cooler.

‹› To improve clarity, the illustration is shown with headlamp removed. 

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

Install the front bumper cover.
