Tighten bolts in a diagonal sequence to 5 Nm.

-

Tighten bolts diagonally to 90°.

The rest of the installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

-

Install oil pump. Refer to => [ Oil Pump ] See: Oil Pump/Service and Repair/Oil Pump.

Install lower section of oil pan => [ Installing ] See: Oil Pan Lower Section. 

-

Install coolant pump. Refer to => [ Coolant Pump ] See: Water Pump/Service and Repair/Coolant Pump. 

-

Install front coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Front Coolant Pipe ] See: Cooling System/Coolant Line/Hose/Service and Repair/Front Coolant Pipe. 

-

Install generator..

-

Install lower timing chain cover. Refer to => [ Lower Timing Chain Cover ] See: Timing Components/Timing Cover/Service and Repair/Lower
Timing Chain Cover.

-

Install the transmission-side crankshaft shaft seal. Refer to => [ Crankshaft Seal, Transmission Side ] See: Seals and Gaskets/Crankshaft Main
Bearing Seal/Service and Repair.

-

Install oil filter housing. Refer to => [ Oil Filter Housing ] See: Oil Filter Housing/Service and Repair/Oil Filter Housing.

-

Install intake manifold.

Install left and right timing chain covers => [ Installing ] See: Timing Components/Timing Cover/Service and Repair/Left and Right Timing Chain
Covers. 

-

Install drive plate. Refer to => [ Drive Plate ] See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Flex Plate/Service and Repair/Drive Plate. 

-

After installing the engine, fill with oil and check the oil level.
