Disconnect connector - A - from the Left Vent Temperature Sensor (G150).

-

Rotate the Left Vent Temperature Sensor (G150) - B - approximately 90° in direction of arrow. 

-

Remove the Left Vent Temperature Sensor (G150) - B - from the A/C unit.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following.

-

Insert the Left Vent Temperature Sensor (G150) - B - on the proper side into A/C unit mount -  D -.

Check the Left Vent Temperature Sensor (G150) for correct seating in mount - D -.

‹› The Left Vent Temperature Sensor (G150) -  B - can only be inserted into mount - D - in one position, rotate 180° if necessary).

‹› An O-ring seal - C - can be installed so that the Left Vent Temperature Sensor (G150) fits without play in mount - D -.

Install the removed components again in reverse order.

-

Check the DTC memory for the Climatronic Control Module (J255) A/C control head and erase any faults displayed if necessary.
