Remove passenger seat:

‹› Front seat (standard seat), removing and installing => [ Standard Front Seat ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Standard Front Seats

‹› Front seat (memory seat, electric seat - standard seat/sport seat), removing and installing => [ Power Front Memory Seat ] See: Body and

Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Power Front Memory Seats

‹› Front seat (S6 - memory seat, electric seat) removing and installing => [ Front Seat ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Power Front Memory Seats, S6.

Mount the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136) on the engine and transmission holder (VAS 6095).

-

Attach the front seat to the fixture for seat repair (VAS 6136).

-

Remove backrest:

‹› Front backrest (standard seat), removing and installing => [ Backrest, Standard Front Seat ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Standard Front Seats

‹› Front backrest (memory seat, electric seat - standard seat/sport seat), removing and installing => [ Front Backrest ] See: Body and

Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Power Front Memory Seats

‹› Front backrest (S6 - memory seat, electric seat), removing and installing => [ Front Backrest ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Power Front Memory Seats, S6.

Disconnect connector - 6 -.

-

Remove bolts - 2 - (Qty. 2).

-

Remove upholstery from cover:

‹› Seat pan cover and upholstery, removing and installing (standard seat) => [ Seat Pan Cover and Upholstery, Standard Seat ] See: Body and

Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Overhaul/Seat Upholstery, Covers/Front Seat Pan Covers and Upholstery

‹› Seat pan cover and upholstery, removing and installing (memory seat, electric seat - standard seat) => [ Seat Pan Cover and Upholstery, Standard

‹› Seat pan cover and upholstery, removing and installing (memory seat, electric seat - sport seat) => [ Seat Pan Cover and Upholstery, Sport Seat ]

Open the guide clip - 8 -.

CAUTION!
Connectors - 3 - and - 7 - must not be separated.

Slide Seat Occupied Recognition Pressure Sensor (G452) - 4 - sideways from clip - 9 -.
