Windshield and Rear Window Washer Pump

‹› Combine washer fluid reservoir for front and back windshield washer systems is located in front left of engine compartment. Removing and

installing. Refer to => [ Washer Fluid Reservoir ] See: Windshield Washer Reservoir/Service and Repair/Washer Fluid Reservoir

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Reservoir

Removing

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Remove left front wheel.

-

Remove left front wheel housing liner.

-

Disconnect the electrical connector - 3 -.

-

Place a reservoir under the washer fluid reservoir.

-

Release the securing clips - 1 - in the -  direction of the arrow - and remove the washer fluid lines -  2 - and - 5 - from the windshield washer
system pump. 

-

Remove the Windshield And Rear Window Washer Pump (V59) - 4 - from the washer fluid reservoir. 

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Check the sealing grommet for damage.

-

Install left front wheel house liner.
