Power Seat Motor: Service and Repair
Adjustment Motors, Removing and Installing

Removing

CAUTION!
During repair involving removal or disconnection of actuators from drive cables, ensure the actuators are not turned.

Remove seat from vehicle, See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General Diagnostics  

-

Remove screws for motor mount (arrows).

-

While pulling drive shaft guard tubes and drive shafts from adjuster motors, remove mounts with motors.

-

Disconnect 2-point connectors to motors.

-

Remove motor mounting screws, remove motor. 

Installing

Install all components in reverse order of removal.
