Can be replaced with pedal bracket installed
Fixed in position by setting the clevis
Install onto shaft of pedal bracket
Supplied as service part with injection-molded bushing; bushing cannot be replaced
3. Locking clip
Does not need to be removed in order to remove over-center spring
4. Over-center spring
Lubricate bearing journals with grease, Part No. G 000 602, before assembling

Route appropriately at pedal bracket and secure with cable clip
WARNING: Hose from master cylinder must not contact over-center spring.

Secures hose to pedal bracket

8. Self-locking nut
Always replace
25 Nm (18 ft lb)

Install on shaft of pedal bracket

Press with pliers into holes as far as stop
13. Vacuum vent valves
For cruise control system
Always replace
Press into installed clips -12-
Adjusting with clevis attached:
- Depress clutch and brake pedals
- Press in vacuum vent valves as far as the stop
- Pull clutch and brake pedals back by hand as far as stop
14. Brake light switch
Always replace
Press into installed clip -12-
Adjusting with clevis attached..
- Depress brake pedal
- Press in brake light switch as far as stop
- Pull back brake pedal as far as the stop by hand

Attach clevis to clutch pedal
