Condenser Refrigerant Lines, Connecting and Disconnecting

‹› Condenser is available in different versions (e.g. with and without power steering oil cooler) depending on version of vehicle. 

Removing

-

Discharge A/C refrigerant system.

-

Remove noise insulation. 

-

Remove front bumper.

-

Remove bolts - A - (tightening torque 10 Nm).

-

Remove refrigerant line from condenser.

‹› Close all open lines and connections on condenser with suitable caps (avoid dirt and moisture from entering the system).

Installing

Installation is the reverse of removal, noting the following:

-

Replace O-ring seals - B - and - C -. 

‹› Coat O-ring seals lightly with refrigerant oil before installing.
