Fuel Injectors, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

Remove engine cover (arrows).

-

Disconnect wiring/connectors at:
-

Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor -G42-

-

Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor 2 -G163-

-

Throttle valve control module -J338-

WARNING:  Fuel system is under pressure. Place a cloth around connection point before opening system. Then release pressure by carefully loosening
connection point.

-

Disconnect fuel supply line -1- and fuel return line -2- by pressing on release buttons at separating point.

-

Disconnect vacuum hose from fuel pressure regulator (arrow).
