Enter an "X" for the first and last name of customer using input keys, then press "Q" button to confirm.

Note:

Do not fill in any information requesting customer's personal information such as Name, Driver's License Number or Country of Citizenship.

Select forward arrow > on navigation bar.

Select "Press here to display input keys".

Enter an "X" for customer's personal identification number using input keys, then press "Q" button to confirm.

Select forward arrow > on navigation bar.

Select "Press here to display input keys".

Enter an "X" for the citizenship of customer using input keys, then press "Q" button to confirm.
