TT Coupe L4-1.8L Turbo (ATC) (2001)
Vehicles without air conditioning:
-
Unscrew the 4 securing bolts -arrows- on the radiator.

Lower radiator out of vehicle.
Vehicles with air conditioning:
-
Remove the four securing bolts -1- for the condenser.

Remove the four securing bolts -2- for the radiator.
WARNING! The air conditioning refrigerant circuit must not be opened.
Note: To prevent damage to the condenser and refrigerant pipes/hoses, ensure that the pipes and hoses are not stretched, kinked or bent.

Unbolt radiator fan control unit -J293- from left-hand longitudinal member (in front of battery).

Carefully lower radiator between engine and condenser and remove from below.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order:

Fit mountings -3- and -4- on radiator as illustrated.

Fit radiator securing bolts (the help of a 2nd technician is required).

Install front bumper.

Replace O-rings in the coolant hose connections.

Fill up with coolant. See: Service and Repair

After connecting battery terminals, enter anti-theft code for radio
