Use locking fluid D 000 600 A2 when installing

Check for proper seating at fuel injector and fuel distributor

Intake manifold

Fuel injectors, removing and installing

-

Disconnect wiring/connectors at:
-

Fuel injectors - N30 -, - N31 -, - N32 - - N33 -

-

Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor - G42 -

-

Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor 2 - G163 -

-

Throttle valve control module - J338 -

-

Charge air pressure sensor - G31 -

-

Detach cable channel to fuel injectors.

-

Remove 2 socket - head bolts for fuel distributor.

-

Disconnect fuel supply and return lines at quick - release connection in front of right suspension strut.

-

Disconnect vacuum hose from fuel pressure regulator.
