Set up thrust piece - 1 - with collar facing wheel bearing' press sleeve - 2 - with four internal stepped diameters toward wheel bearing housing and
hollow piston cylinder - 3 - with pull rod and special nut - 4 -.

Operate pump and pull out the wheel bearing. 
1 - Thrust piece E - 5 
2 - Press sleeve E - 65 -1 
3 - Hollow piston cylinder HKZ- 15 
4 - Special nut E - 8 - 214 and pull rod

Pulling inner race off hub 

-

Apply special tool 3423 as shown.

-

Screw cross - piece Kukko 18 - 0 into special tool 3423.

-

Apply special tool 40 - 105 to wheel hub and pull off bearing inner race by turning threaded spindle.

Pressing in wheel bearing 

-

Coat complete inside surface of wheel bearing housing with MoS2 grease (AOS 115 000 01)

Notes:  A grease pad (3 grams) is supplied with replacement wheel bearings.
