Pull lip - A - out of slave cylinder. Then pull pipe/hose assembly - C - of slave cylinder and close off end of pipe.

Installing 

Installation is carried out in the reverse sequence. When doing this, note the following:
-

Press in retaining clip - A - as far as it will go.

Align recess on pipe with projection (arrow B) on slave cylinder.

Push pipe - C - into slave cylinder until it engages audibly. 

-

Grease end of plunger with MoS2.

-

After installing slave cylinder, bleed the clutch system.

-

Press gear selector cable onto selector lever on transmission and press gate selector cable onto relay lever (arrows).

-

Install cable support bracket on transmission. If necessary, push hose onto cable support bracket.

-

Install air cleaner housing (complete).

Tightening torques 
Clutch slave cylinder to transmission ......................................................................................................................................................................  26 Nm
Selector cable support bracket to transmission ........................................................................................................................................................  25 Nm
