Selector cables, overview, removing and installing 

Notes:  Lubricate all mountings and moving surfaces with Polyurea grease Part No. G 052 142 A2.

1. Gear stick housing
2. Circlip

When removing do not damage boots

5. Gate selector cable
6. Hexagon bolt, 25 Nm

7. Support bracket
8. Bushing

Support bracket mounting to transmission

10. Gear selector lever (on transmission) with vibration damper weight
