Requirements

An original equipment air filter must be installed and it must be OK.

Intake air guide OK.

Fuel pressure OK.

Tank ventilation OK.

Fuel injectors OK.
-
Coolant temperature > 80 degrees C.

Oxygen sensor adaptation values and control OK.

Connect VAS5051 tester, See: Testing and Inspection/Scan Tool Testing and Procedures/Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System
VAS 5051, Connecting and Selecting Functions and select vehicle system "01 - Engine electronics". Engine must run at idle during this.
Display on VAS5051:

In selection -1-, click on the diagnostic function "04 - Basic Setting".

Select function "032" in button field -2- for "display group number 032" and press Q button to confirm input.
