If no malfunctions are found in wires and voltage was present between terminals 1 + 3:

Replace Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor -G40-.

Erase DTC memory of ECM  See: Testing and Inspection/Scan Tool Testing and Procedures/Diagnostic Mode 04 - Erase DTC Memory

Generate readiness code  See: Testing and Inspection/Monitors, Trips, Drive Cycles and Readiness Codes/Generate Readiness Code

If no malfunctions are found in wires and there was no voltage between terminals 1 + 3:

-

Replace Engine Control Module (ECM)

Erase DTC memory of ECM  See: Testing and Inspection/Scan Tool Testing and Procedures/Diagnostic Mode 04 - Erase DTC Memory

Generate readiness code  See: Testing and Inspection/Monitors, Trips, Drive Cycles and Readiness Codes/Generate Readiness Code
