Release connector in direction of arrow and disconnect from TCM.

NOTE:  Protect fenders and plenum chamber metal from scratches with adhesive tape.

Remove 4 nuts securing control module.

Remove Transmission Control Module (TCM).

NOTE:  Protect fenders from scratches with adhesive tape.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order. When doing this note the following:

NOTE:  Adaptation values in Transmission Control Module (TCM) are reset when disconnecting the harness connector. Control module must learn this
value anew after bringing into operation again. Gear changing quality may be poorer than normal during this "learning" process.

Tighten 4 control module securing nuts to 10 Nm.
