Using V.A.G 1924 fill with ATF until at between 35°C and 45°C ATF emerges via overflow pipe (arrow - 2 -) from inspection aperture.

Tighten ATF inspection plug (arrow - 1 -) with new seal to 27 Nm. ATF check is now complete.
Note: The inspection plug must at the latest be resealed on reaching a temperature of 45°C). If necessary, allow transmission to cool down and repeat
the test.
1) 50°C for tropical countries

Tighten filler plug (arrow) with new seal to 39.5 Nm.

Exit function "08 - Read measured value block" by pressing * key.

Press "06 - End output".

Install sound insulation tray (arrows).

Switch off ignition and disconnect Data Link Connector (DLC).
