NOTE:  This signal is used to avoid over-revving and load change jolts when disengaging the clutch. It is also needed for the cruise control
system.

Test sequence

Connect the vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system VAS 5051, See: Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Testing
and Inspection/Scan Tool Testing and Procedures/Vehicle Diagnostic, Testing and Information System VAS 5051, Connecting and Selecting
Functions and select the vehicle system "01 - Engine electronics" from the menu. When doing this the ignition should be switched on.
