Remove bolts - 1 - on front rail - 3 -.

Pull tensioning strap - 2 - forward out of retainer and remove upward from front rail.

Remove retainer bolts on tensioning strap from rail - 1 - as shown.

Remove retainer bolts on tensioning strap from rail - 2 -.
