Remove bolts - arrows - and remove securing eye - 3 -.

Unclip luggage compartment side trim - 1 - with Trim Removal Wedge (3409).
Installation
To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order. Observe the following when doing so:

Stretch rear lid seal lip - 2 - over luggage compartment side trim - 1 -.
Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Luggage Compartment Side Trim Assembly Overview ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement.
