Seat Bench Cover And Upholstery, Removing And Installing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Upholstery clip pliers V.A.G 1634

Removing

-

Remove seat bench.

-

Cut through wire clips - arrows -.

-

Remove cover with upholstery - 1 - from seat frame - 2 -.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

CAUTION:  Ends of wire clips must face in direction of upholstery after installing and must be bent correctly. Otherwise, there is a risk of
injury.

Use new wire clips.

-

Close wire clips with Upholstery Clip Pliers V.A.G 1634.

-

Place wire clips in their original locations.
