Insert spoiler in drive unit and align slides, top and bottom.

-

With assistants, press spoiler in evenly and hold firmly.

-

Open lid and tighten bolts - 4 - through water drain hose opening.

-

Install water drain hose, ensuring it is seated correctly and does not leak.

Adjusting element

‹› Always replace.

‹› Clip into spoiler

‹› The adjusting elements are self-adjusting. That means height differences can be evened out by the adjusting elements.

‹› Always replace.

‹› 6 Nm

Spoiler motor

‹› Removing:

-

Rear lid trim removed.

-

Remove water drain hoses.

-

Disconnect electrical connectors.

-

Remove nuts - 8 - and remove motor from lid.

‹› Installing:

-

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.

‹› Motor mounting was changed.

‹› On the outer sides, motor is now secured with a cap nut which also serves as a centering device.

‹› New motors can be installed on old lids.
