Heater, Disassembling And Assembling

Remove heater.

Remove electrical attachments from heater.

Air distribution housing for heater

Different versions in heater and A/C system

NOTE:  With the heater version, only one positioning motor is installed for both left and right temperature flaps. Both flaps are connected
to each other via a shaft.

Air guide channel to left footwell vent

"Heater" version (without an opening for installing a temperature sensor)

Heat exchanger for heater unit

Sealing ring

Coat thinly with coolant and insert on proper side

Ensure it is seated correctly.

Screw

Tightening torque 2.5 Nm

Disconnecting and connecting at heater core

Installed between grommet and heater

Insert before installing heater into vehicle bulkhead
