Parking Assist Distance Sensor: Service and Repair
Rear Parking Aid Sensors
Component location: In rear bumper - arrows -.
Removing
-
To remove outer sensor, grip it from below behind bumper cover.

To remove inner sensor, remove rear bumper cover.
-
Press both retainer tabs to side - arrows - and press sensor - 2 - from outside towards inside.

Disconnect electrical harness connector - 1 - at sensor.
Installing
Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Install the cover on the rear bumper.
