Convertible Top Pump: Removal and Replacement

CAUTION!
‹› If pump motor is replaced, hydraulic oil escapes when removing.
‹› Collect escaping hydraulic oil with suitable containers and dispose of properly.
‹› Hydraulic oil damages paint. Immediately remove any hydraulic oil that has come in contact with painted surfaces.

Pump removed.

Remove bolts - 2 - and remove motor from pump block - 1 -.
-
Replace seal and insert new motor - 1 - in pump block.
-
Tighten bolts to 6 Nm.
