Remove O-ring - 3 -.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Tightening torques => [ Engine-Side Coolant System Assembly Overview ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine-Side

Coolant System Assembly Overview

-

Clean and/or smooth O-ring sealing surface.

-

Moisten new O-ring - 3 - with coolant G12+.

-

Insert coolant pump - 2 -.

‹› Installed location: Sealing plug in housing points downward

Tighten coolant pump bolts - 1 -.

Install toothed belt => [ Toothed Belt ] See: Engine/Timing Components/Timing Belt/Service and Repair/Toothed Belt.

Install ribbed belt => [ Ribbed Belt ] See: Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed Belt.

Fill with coolant => [ Cooling System, Draining and Filling ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures.
