Temperature Regulator Flap Motor -V68-, Removing and Installing

Temperature Regulator Flap Motor -V68-, Removing And Installing

Remove footwell vent.

-

Disconnect electrical connection -A-. 

-

Remove bolts -B- (3x). 

-

Disengage actuating arm -C- and remove motor.

NOTE:

-

After installing, always carry out On Board Diagnostic (OBD) on Climate control.  See: Testing and Inspection/Initial Inspection and Diagnostic

When installing motor, make sure actuating arm -C- is properly aligned and installed. 

-

Route electrical wiring harness so that it cannot come into contact with any moving parts like the actuating arm on the motor or other.
