Hood Lock Cable, Removing And Installing

Hood lock cable

Removing:
-

Remove compartment on driver's side.

-

Unscrew bolts - 3 -.

-

Detach cable at support -arrow B- and disengage end of cable -arrow A- at lower section of hood lock - 3 -.

-

Pull off securing clips - 2 -.

-

Disengage hood lock cable from holder - 4 -.

-

Pull through cable - 1 - toward passenger compartment.

Installing:
-

Install in reverse order.
