Intercooler: Service and Repair
Charge Air Cooling System Components, Removing and Installing

Notes:

All hose connections must be secured with hose clips (same as original puffs).
Refer to parts supplier.

Before carrying out tests or repair work, make sure that all pipes and hoses are securely connected and that there are no leaks.

1 - Air ducting
2 - Charge air cooler (intercooler)

4 - 10 Nm 
5 - Rubber grommet

With sleeve

Between upper air pipe and lower air pipe
