Brake Pad: Service and Repair

Brake Pads, FN 3, Removing and Installing
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Piston resetting tool
Removing
-
Remove both front wheels.
-
Disconnect brake wear indicator connector -1- on left brake.
-
Pry off brake pad retaining spring from brake caliper housing using a screwdriver - arrow - and detach.
-
Remove protective caps (arrows).
