Parking Brake Cable: Service and Repair
Parking Brake Cable, AWD, Removing and Installing
Removing
-
Remove switch mount with storage compartment -1-and cover for rear center console -2-.

Release parking brake.
-
Loosen adjustment nut - arrow - until the parking brake cable can be unhooked from the compensator.
-
Pry off clip -1- for parking brake cable.
-
Press brake lever -2- in direction of arrow and unhook brake cable -3-.
