Pull out dipstick.
NOTE: Before removing, mark direction of rotation of poly V-belt with chalk or felt-tipped pen. If the belt runs in the opposite direction when it
is reinstalled, breakage can result.

To release tension of poly V-belt, screw a bolt M8 x 40 (arrow) into bore on tensioning element.

Remove poly V-belt from Generator pulley.

Remove upper securing bolt -2- for Generator.

Remove both bolts (upper arrows) securing radiator cowl.

Disconnect air hose from secondary air injection pump at position marked with arrow.
-
Move air hose clear.
