14 - 60 Nm + 90 degrees (1/4 turn) further

When loosening and tightening, counterhold vibration damper with counterhold tool T10069
15 - Chain tensioner with guide rail

For drive chain

Before installing, release locking spline in chain tensioner with a small screwdriver and press guide rail against chain tensioner

Mark rotation direction before removing Go to Fig. 1

19 - Pin, 10 Nm

23 - 60 Nm + 90 degrees (1/4 turn) further

Replace

Contact surface of sender wheel at bolt head must be dry when installing

To remove and install: counterhold with 32 mm open end wrench on camshaft
