NOTE:

-

Ensure tensioning strap -A- is installed and located in the correct positions around the housing.

-

The tensioning strap also holds the cover on the evaporator housing.

NOTE:

Wiring harness -A- must be positioned so that it cannot come into contact with any moving parts (e.g. actuating arms -B- for positioning motors).

Secure wiring harness with suitable tie wraps to prevent it from coming loose.

NOTE:  Always replace seal -A-, and install securely in recess around the evaporator housing.
