Belt tensioner

Removing three-point seat belt
-
Disconnect battery.
-
Remove rear seat bench
-
Remove appropriate rear seat backrest
-
Unbolt anchorage point on outer floor panel
-
Remove appropriate side trim
-
Remove B-pillar brace
-
Unbolt anchorage point for guide fitting
-
Disconnect connector - 4 - at belt tensioner.
-
Remove screw - 3 - (1x).
-
Remove belt tensioner - 1 - with locating piece - 2 - from mounting - 5 -.

Installing
-
After installing passengers side three-point seat belt, check belt function for child seat.

Tightening torque 55 Nm

NOTE:

After connecting the battery, check vehicle equipment (radio, clock, electric windows)

If the Airbag Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) K75 signals a malfunction after performing repair procedures then the DTC memory must
be erased and checked again with vehicle diagnostic, testing and information system VAS 5051 A Scan Tool (ST).
