Voltage Regulator, Bosch Generator From MY 2001, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

Remove generator Electrical Equipment.

-

Remove screw - 1 - and nuts - 3 - and - 4 -.

-

Remove cover - 2 - at rear side of generator.

-

Remove screws - arrows -.

-

Remove voltage regulator.

Installing

-

When positioning voltage regulator, ensure carbon brushes rest correctly on slides.

Further installation is in reverse order of removal.

-

Tightening torque.
