Condition

Load change noises (clacking) on all A3 and TT models with DSG gearbox. Clacking noises at load change from the area of the swivel support.

Technical Background

Loose attachment on the swivel support. Engine vibrations lead to this clacking noise.

Production Solution

Improved swivel support and installation with different bolts.
