Windshield, Removing

-

Remove wiper arms.

-

Remove cowl panel trim.

-

Remove sun visors on left, in center and on right.

-

Remove interior rear-view mirror.

-

Remove upper trim panels on A-pillars.

-

Pierce a hole in adhesive sealing material from inside of vehicle with broach at bottom left corner of windshield.

-

Run cutting wire through end of broach and pull through into inside of vehicle.

-

Lay cutting wire underneath glass all around windshield.

-

Tie end of cutting wire around bolt for securing wiper arms.

-

Insert protective cover V.A.G 1474/13 between windshield and dash panel.
