Subframe, Servicing

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Installation Device (3372)

‹› Thrust Plate (VW 401)

‹› Punch (VW 407)

‹› Arbor 50 mm Dia. (VW 432)

‹› Assembly Tool (T10214)

‹› Assembly Tool (T10267)

‹› Tube from Assembly Tool (T10244/3)

Remove subframe. Refer to => [ Subframe ] See: Subframe/Front Subframe/Service and Repair/Subframe.

Remove pendulum support from subframe.

Bonded rubber bushing, pressing out

-

Install (T10267) - 4 - on subframe. Secure safety bolts using securing pins.

2. Press piece (3372/1)

3. Thrust plate (VW 401)

4. Assembly tool (T10267)

5. Tube (T10244/3)
