‹› With engine removed, coolant pump bolts can be reached through pulley holes. In this case, ribbed belt pulley must not be removed.

Remove bolts - 1 - for coolant pump - 2 -. 

-

Tip coolant pump forward and out.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Ribbed Belt Drive Component Overview ] See: Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and

Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Ribbed Belt Drive Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace O-ring.

Clean and/or smooth O-ring sealing surface.

Coat O-ring with coolant additive G12+.

Insert coolant pump - 2 -.
