Unclip rubber boot - 2 - from engine compartment E-box and remove relay and fuse panel through opening.

‹› The exact assignment of the engine compartment E-box can be found in the applicable wiring diagram. Refer to Wiring diagrams.

Installing

‹› Tightening specification => [ Tightening specification, wires to E-box engine

compartment ] See: Body and Frame/Doors, Hood and Trunk/Doors/Front Door/Diagrams.

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Install electrical wires - 1 through 6 - on conductor rail according to markings.

Install relay and fuse panel, refer to => [ Relay and Fuse Panel in Engine Compartment E-Box ] See: Fuse Block/Service and Repair/Relay and
Fuse Panel in Engine Compartment E-Box.

Install the air filter housing.
