The position of a clip on the harness must be checked and corrected, as shown in Figures 6 and 7. 

a.

Check to see that there is 3/4 in. between the wiring harness clip and the plastic T-piece where the wiring branches off to the secondary air
solenoid (Figure 7).

b.

Open the harness clip (Figure 8).

c.

Move the harness in the clip so there is 3/4 in. between the harness T-piece and clip as shown in Figure 7. Refasten clip.
