Clutch Pedal Assembly: Service and Repair
Over-Center Spring

Over-Center Spring

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Assembly tool (T10178)

‹› Grease (G 000 450 02)

Removing

‹› Mounting bracket for clutch pedal installed in vehicle.

-

Move driver seat toward rear.

-

Remove instrument panel cover on driver side => Body

Interior 68 Removal and Installation.

-

Remove bolt - arrow A - and remove left front footwell vent - 1 -.

-

Unclip wiring guide behind footwell vent - 1 - and lay aside.

-

Now remove impact bolster - 2 - from clutch pedal -  3 - - B arrows -.

-

Remove clutch pedal - 1 - from mounting bracket -  3 -, remove nut - 2 - and pull out bolt - 5  - to do so.
