Have a 2nd technician depress brake pedal.

CAUTION!
The wheel bearing must not be loaded when drive axle collar bolt -  2 - is loosened - the vehicle must not rest on the wheels.

Remove collar bolt - 2 - at left drive axle.

Remove left drive axle => Suspension, Wheels, Steering

 40 Removal and Installation.

-

Place oil receptacle underneath transmission. 

-

Remove bolt for left flange shaft, by installing two bolts into flange and counter-holding flange shaft with a pry bar.
